Information
The three Silvertop Towers, designed by architect Jules De Roover, were built in the early 70’s.
Besides an urban integration of the towers, the project includes a fairly thorough transformation of the buildings, in which the following elements are central:
- fire safety
- logical organization of access, bicycle parking and storage facilities, elevators and staircases, basements per tower
- rearrangement of apartments
- attention for constructions physics: insulation, ventilation and acoustics
- overall review of techniques and environmentally friendly combustion installation with combined heat and power
- architectural reputation
- urban integration – infrastructural works
